Mmmmmm


Had to do something with 10 Granny Smith apples before they went bad...

Sure, Fresh! It's so easy.
Take 10 apples and peel, core and dice.
In a bowl, mix in 2 tsp. Cinnamon, 1 cup of Brown Sugar (I used almost a full cup of Splenda to cut those pesky calories!), 2 tsp. Lemon juice, a dash of Nutmeg, dash of salt.
Pour this mixture in a non-stick pan, and cook covered for 45 min. at 375 degrees.
Stir at least once very 15 min.

I found that 45 min. was too long. Just depends on the oven I guess! I also found that a full cup of splenda was quite sweet. So, youg get the picture here and can play around with this. Have fun!
