They were gone in a day. I didn't tell them it had zucchini in it until after their second helping! UPDATE: At Char's request, I got the recipe here. I followed it step by step (I notoriously eye ball everything and usually don't have the same end result) and it was scrumptious. I sometimes pretend to be healthy, so I made a second batch and substituted Splenda for the sugar and stone ground whole wheat flour and... it turned out almost the same.
